Today in this post I'm gonna hit you with something we all have,,but we tend to ignore it & Th@ something is "HIGH EXPECTATIONS"...Now many of us have high expectations but for some strange reason we tend to think the worst 1st...I'm quite sure it is hard to expect something good to come into your life when you're having more thoughts of doubt than expecting...So time after time you see the bad outcome & results you was expecting & so I'm here to help you with this small minor scab in your life...This again follows within the same category of my previous post "How 2 stay motivated"...
You see the thing is th@ we focus on the outcome results in a negative way...So even if you say everything's "OK !!!" with your mouth but in your mind you're constantly focusing on negative,,Guess what !!! you're gonna get the negative results you were thinking...Because you gave th@ thought life,,passion,,feeling & most of all,,The focus...Do me & you a small beneficial favor & start right after you read this...I want you get away from everyone & go to a quiet place where no one would bother like lets say the bathroom,,the perfect spot for me...
Then sit there quietly focusing on the nothing but the results you really wanna see instead of all the dreadful ones & do this continuously for whatever situation on a day to day for a few minutes...And if you start to see better results you can come back & thank me later by leaving a comment on this post about how this helped & the situation it helped you with or you can leave one today if this helped out any & share this...This only motivates me to keep writing for you guys much appreciated thanks...If u want more updates & good music sign up here @ DARKSIDEMUSIC.NET
